Rick Raimondi, Sr. Partner, San Diego
Rick has over 20 years experience in the engineering technology industry. Rick worked for eight years as a senior search consultant and manager for a national, publicly traded technology search firm, Source Engineering, and now operates his own firm, Netsoft Technology Search, Inc. located in San Diego, CA. Prior to his career as a search consultant, Rick worked as a Sales Engineer for Norris Communications, and has worked in the semi-conductor industry as a process engineer, applications engineer, and operations manager at ABB HAFO (now Mitel Semiconductor). Rick holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.

Thomas P. Raimondi Jr., Sr. Partner, Orange County / LA
Tom Raimondi’s experience as a technology CEO over the past 20 years, gives him a unique understanding of how important it is to have the right person doing the right job. Tom has broad, hands-on experience in public-company management as well as U.S. and European manufacturing, sales, marketing and labor. Over the years, he has been responsible for R&D, patented product development, engineering, manufacturing, P&L, sales, service, marketing, M&A, IR and overall leadership and management of private and publicly held entities.
He was instrumental in building MTI Technology, a multi-national, $200 million, highly profitable OEM manufacturer of proprietary data storage solutions for Fortune 1000 companies in the U.S. and Europe, which he later transformed into the 174th largest VAR in the world.
Promoted to CEO in 1999, Tom led the company through the technology bust of 2000/2001, transforming MTI into a high-performance systems integrator, increasing revenue from $83 million to $173 million in four years. In the first three years of the relationship, MTI grew to be EMC’s 8th largest partner in the world and 3rd largest VAR behind Accenture and EDS.

Rick recently joined Netsoft Technology Search as a Director in our technology services practice. A Big 4 alum and Senior Business Strategy/IT consultant originally, Rick has nearly 30 years experience in technology and professional services. Rick has spent over 15 years in the technology staffing area, including managing a branch of 35 staff for a $500 million nationwide staffing firm, providing search and flexible staffing services in multiple market segments , as a principal/owner in a three city technology staffing concern and recently as a founding partner in local San Diego start up staffing concern, heading up the engineering practice. Rick has been the recipient of multiple staffing industry awards, including “Performer of the Year” for a national staffing business. He graduated Texas Tech University Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Management Information Systems.

Saman Nazemi, Associate Director, San Diego
Saman has over 4 years experience in the engineering technology search industry. He began his career as a research associate working for the national search firms Volt Technical Services and Aerotek and joined Netsoft in March, 2008. Saman is enrolled at San Diego State University and is working toward the completion of his BS in Business Management.
