Twenty people placed, ten of which were pre-IPO, including Director of Network Management, Software Development Manager, marketing, applications and several ASIC designers. Company acquired by TTC-Acterna, a company that produces annualized revenue of more than $1 billion and serves customers in more than 80 countries.
Aruba Wireless Networks
Placed key design engineers, and QA/Test professionals. Aruba launched a successful IPO in March, 2007.
Dot Wireless
Recruited Sr. Systems and Staff Engineers before being purchased by Texas instruments.
Innovent Systems
Leading developer of digital CMOS technology for Bluetooth chipsets. Placed Senior Software Engineers for Innovent Systems before the company was acquired by Broadcom for $400M+.
IPivot
10 people placed, prior to Intel acquisition, including Director of Network Management, Director of Software Development, QA management, and several software engineers (starting with a badge number in the teens). Intel acquired IPivot for $500 million.
Jaycor Networking Inc.
Senior people placed in sales, software development, and Fibre Channel SAN design, all pre-IPO. JNI was acquired by AMCC in 2004.

Recruited key contributors in the software, test and FAE areas for this industry leading, privately held, UWB chipset corporation.
Sequoia Communications
Successfully recruited principal RFIC, Systems design engineers for this privately held multi-mode handset chipset company. Sequoia has received over $75 million in funding from Tall Wood Ventures, Mortorola and Nokia.
Silicon Wave
Placed key contributors in their software and FAE areas for this industry leading Bluetooth communication chipset designer. Silicon Wave was acquited by RFMD in 2004.
TGC-USA
Recruited the company’s first two systems engineers hired to setup their Shanghai R&D center as TGC designs and deliver DVR product and services to the greater Chinese market. TGC is funded by TiVo, Inc., Mobius Venture and New Enterprise Associates (NEA).
Transilica
Started by renowned local Entreprenuer Hock Law, Netsoft placed senior people including VP of Operations, all prior to their acquisition by publicly traded Microtune.
